1. Disconnect the app.
You need to be an admin on the QuickBooks Online company. On the web, from your own file:
- Open Apps from the left menu, then My apps.
- Find Infraxus.
- Choose Disconnect from its menu and confirm when QuickBooks asks.
The connection ends the moment you confirm. QuickBooks then sends you to this page, and the access Infraxus held for your company is deleted at the same moment. Infraxus also removes its own access within 30 days of the engagement ending, whether or not you do this first.
2. Remove the accountant user.
If Infraxus was given access as an accountant user rather than through the app, remove that user too: open Settings (the gear icon), then Manage users, then the Accountants tab, find the row for liam@infraxus.com, and choose Delete. The row disappears and the access is gone. If the invitation was still pending, the same steps cancel it.
3. Your subscription.
Removing our access is treated as notice to cancel, unless you tell us otherwise. If you removed access for another reason, email security@infraxus.com and we will hold the subscription open for you. There is no exit fee and no notice period; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. The full terms are in the Terms of use, which govern if this page appears to differ.
4. Deleting what we hold.
Removing access ends what we can see; it does not by itself delete the records we already hold about you. Email security@infraxus.com from the address on your account and say what you want deleted. Subscription and billing records are kept for the period required by law in your country and then deleted; everything else is deleted on request. The full route, the timing and the records involved are on the disconnect and delete page and in the Privacy Policy.
