Connect or reconnect your QuickBooks Online file.

1. Connecting for the first time.

You need to be an admin on the QuickBooks Online company.

1. Sign up on the bookkeeping page if you have not already. The welcome email carries these same steps.
2. Open infraxus.com/quickbooks/launch, sign in to QuickBooks Online, choose the company and approve the connection. Or invite liam@infraxus.com as an accountant user instead: open Settings (the gear icon), then Manage users, then the Accountants tab, and send the invitation.
3. QuickBooks returns you to https://infraxus.com/quickbooks/callback, which completes the connection and confirms it on screen.

Either route gives Infraxus the same thing: access to your file, granted by you, which you can remove at any time from the disconnect page.

2. Reconnecting.

If you removed our access and want it back, for example after changing plans or sorting out a permission, open infraxus.com/quickbooks/launch again and approve the connection, or repeat the steps above. Nothing about your subscription needs to change: email liam@infraxus.com if you removed access for a reason other than leaving, so the subscription is held open rather than treated as a cancellation.

3. What happens next.

Liam confirms the connection within one business day and starts the cleanup and the weekly reconciliation. Your file, its data and its history stay yours throughout and after: you own your data and can export it from your file at any time (Terms of use, section 10a). Data accessed through the connection is used solely to deliver the service (Privacy Policy, section 8a).
