1. What the app does.
The Infraxus app is how Infraxus reads and writes your QuickBooks Online file to do your bookkeeping: the bank and card feeds reconciled every week, transactions coded and receipts matched, accounts payable and receivable kept current, the chart of accounts maintained, and a month-end close by the 5th of the following month that leaves a profit and loss, a balance sheet and a cashflow you can rely on. Each month comes with a written note on your numbers, signed off by Liam Collier. At year end your tax professional receives a year-end pack from the same file.
Nothing leaves your file to be stored elsewhere. The work is done in your QuickBooks Online company, which stays yours throughout and after. Data accessed through the connection is used solely to deliver the service you engaged: it is not sold, not shared with third parties for their own purposes, and not used for advertising. Data obtained from Intuit is handled in accordance with Intuit's developer terms and our Privacy Policy, section 8a.
2. How the connection works.
You grant the connection from inside your own QuickBooks Online account, and only you can. This page takes you to QuickBooks Online to sign in, choose the company and approve. QuickBooks then sends you back to https://infraxus.com/quickbooks/callback, which completes the connection and stores the access you granted, encrypted, so the work can start. You can revoke the connection at any time from QuickBooks Online, without asking us, and Infraxus removes its own access within 30 days of the engagement ending. We never ask for your online banking password, and we never hold a copy of your ledger outside your file.
3. How to start.
Sign up on the bookkeeping page. The first month is free and no card is needed to start. You then connect your QuickBooks Online file from this page, or from the steps on the connect page, and Liam confirms the connection within one business day. If you would rather talk first, the same page lets you book a free 15 minute chat.
